COMMERCIAL EV CHARGER INSTALLATION FOR SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA

HES SOLAR FOR INDUSTRIAL EV CHARGING STATION INSTALLATION

Electric Vehicle ownership is increasing and businesses and organizations of all types can benefit from electric vehicle charging station installations. If you’re considering adding EV chargers to your company property, trust HES Solar as your ideal energy delivery partner. Our experienced technicians are ready to turn your building’s parking lot into opportunities that will increase revenue, boost employee morale, and improve the image your company projects to clients and to the public.

Provide Paid Car Charging to Residents

Adding EV charging stations to multi-family residences will draw a wider potential tenant pool and also bring additional Net Operating Income to any property. Each Level 2 charger has been shown capable of delivering up to $1600 per year per car (not per tenant, per car) in additional revenue in Southern California.

Chargers as Office Incentives

RFID-equipped (radio-frequency identification) car chargers allow employee-only access to charging stations on the business premises. A step beyond RFID, app-controlled access allows you to schedule charging reservations or limit access for various employee groups. Particularly when powered by a commercial solar system, car charging becomes a cost-efficient enticement to draw top talent to your business as well as provide a low-cost incentive to retain top employees.

Monetize for Public Car Charging

Add additional revenue streams to your business and take advantage of today’s unrestricted regulations over charge rates by offering public EV charging at your location. HES Solar can provide your business with an impressive levelized cost of energy that makes EV charger installation a great opportunity to create more value out of your assets by delivering up to a 10X return on energy sales with your solar + EV charger investment.

EV Chargers Look Good in Many Ways

Retail business owners know that the average electric car driver has a high income, and charging opportunities outside of your business can lead to more customer time inside your property. EV charging stations also provide the positive image that electric car stations bring to the storefront of any business or organization, and EV stations provide branding opportunities on the chargers themselves.
